This marks a historic moment for the awards as we introduce the People’s Choice Awards category for the first time. This new feature allows YOU, the consumer, to vote for your favorite developers among the finalists. Your votes will have a direct impact on selecting winners in certain categories, who will receive the esteemed Golden stamp of approval.

The developers in the running have been carefully chosen by Thailand’s leading property platform, DDproperty, for their exceptional project quality, strong brand reputation, and outstanding consumer satisfaction this year.

By casting your votes, you also have the chance to win exciting prizes through the Vote and Win Campaign, available exclusively to voters in Thailand. (Please note: PropertyGuru employees are ineligible for these prizes.) Keep an eye on the timeline below to find out when and how to vote for your favorite developers.

To maintain the integrity of the voting process, HLB Thailand will independently tally the public votes as the Official Balloting Partner. We are proud to be part of this important initiative that celebrates excellence in Thailand’s property sector and empowers consumers to have a say in the industry.
